不同参数大尺度注浆体试件力学特性与失稳机制Mechanical properties and instability mechanism of large scale grouting specimens with different parameters

摘要(Abstract):
通过对3组18个大尺度注浆体试件进行单轴压缩力学试验与X射线衍射分析,研究了破碎岩块粒径、注浆液水灰质量比与注浆压力对注浆体试件抗压强度、轴向变形与横向变形的影响机制,分析了岩浆界面过渡区矿物成分,探讨了不同注浆体试件基本失稳模式.结果表明:随着粒径范围增大,注浆体强度、轴向应变呈"凸"形状态,横向应变相反,粒径从1~2 cm增加到3~4 cm,注浆体强度提高了48.32%;随着水灰质量比增加,注浆体强度、轴向应变呈指数衰减形态,横向应变呈"凸"形趋势,水灰质量比从0.67增加到1.00,注浆体强度衰减了30.09%;随着注浆压力增大,注浆体强度、轴向应变与横向应变均呈微小增加趋势,轴向应变增幅小于1%;注浆压力从0.5 MPa增加到1.5 MPa,强度提高了10.78%;不同注浆压力与水灰质量比促进了岩浆界面矿物成分发生化学变化,增强了界面胶结强度与整体承载强度;3组注浆体试件呈5种基本破坏形态分布,表现为3种失稳模式.
